Technological advancements happen every day, and it's essential to keep up with the latest technologies. As a tennis mentor, I constantly research new information to help my beloved sport grow and develop. I was personally tested with Electrome Lab and can say that this technology allows both professional and amateur tennis players to achieve results faster due to the quick testing process and following understanding of how muscles work. It was both pleasant and important for me to see that I could adjust my technique with a report that provide comprehensive information about muscle activity. This allows the athlete's team to quickly build a high-quality training plan and avoid injuries.

I believe this system would benefit fencers at all levels. It gives hard data analysis to the fencer and his/her coach. As you become more familiar with the data, you will learn some important facts about your extension, lunge, and footwork to improve your fencing. I wish I had this system when I began my fencing career! It would have helped me when I went from competitive fencing to coaching!
